It also tells you which benefits you are eligible for based on things like your years of service at Grainger, average number of hours worked per week, and age. If you or your spouse is Medicare-eligible (age 65 or older or early-Medicare) contact Via Benefits at least two months before to get your plans set up for first of the month following your date of retirement at 1-888-230-0074.

*If you are a team member of Zoro, you can only participate in a 401(k). You are not eligible to participate in the Profit Sharing Plan.
**​Part-time team members, including those working 30 to 39 hours per week, are not eligible for retiree health benefits.​
