To help you cope with life’s challenges, Grainger offers you and your family no-cost access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential support is available 24/7 for everyday issues or more serious problems.
EAP services are available to all regular full-time and part-time team members, retirees and family members (includes spouse or domestic partner and dependent child(ren)). Even if you waive medical coverage through Grainger, you can take advantage of EAP services.
EAP Counseling Services
Your EAP benefits include:
6 EAP counseling visits per issue, per year, with a Masters-prepared therapist (visits may be virtual or in-person)
60 minutes of financial counseling per year
30 minutes of legal consultation per year with an attorney or mediator
EAP counselors are qualified to help you handle challenges such as:
- Depression, anxiety or stress
- Family or marital conflicts
- Parenting concerns
- Alcohol or drug dependency
- Workplace conflicts
- Financial issues
- Legal issues
