Suffering from persistent pain in your back, knee, hip, shoulder or neck? You may qualify for Hinge Health, a free program that brings personalized exercise therapy directly to you.

How it works

  • Free toolkit: If you participate in the program, Hinge Health will deliver a free tablet computer and wearable sensors to your home.
  • Personalized exercise therapy: You will be guided through 15-minute sessions tailored to your condition. The Hinge Health app and sensors give you live feedback during stretches and exercises, so you can feel confident in your form.
  • Unlimited health coaching: Your coach will be there to provide personalized support via text, email or phone to help you reach your goals.

Who is eligible?

This benefit is available to team members and spouses/domestic partners who are enrolled in the Grainger Gold, Silver or Platinum medical plan. Enrollment is based on whether you meet the program’s clinical criteria.

Your cost

Grainger pays the full cost of Hinge Health.

That’s why we’ve made some enhancements to our benefits programs to better support your emotional, financial, physical, and social wellbeing. These new programs will provide access to short-term cash, one-on-one financial coaching, or stress management support.
