If you are preparing to retire, it’s important that you understand the benefits available to you so you can plan accordingly. It also tells you which benefits you are eligible for based on things like your years of service at Grainger, average number of hours worked per week, and age. If you or your spouse is Medicare-eligible (age 65 or older or early-Medicare) contact Via Benefits at least two months before to get your plans set up for first of the month following your date of retirement at 1-888-230-0074.

*If you are a team member of Zoro, you are eligible for a different 401(k) plan. For details, contact a Benefit Pro.
**​Part-time team members, including those working 30 to 39 hours per week, are not eligible for retiree health benefits.​

Annual Enrollment will run from October 11 to 29, 2021. Now is the time for you to take action for you and your family’s wellbeing.
