If you are enrolled in most Grainger medical plans, you can access health care anytime, anywhere with virtual visits through Doctor On Demand.

How It Works

With Doctor On Demand, you can connect via your smartphone, tablet or computer with a board-certified doctor for urgent care and prescription refills 24/7. This can be especially helpful when you cannot get in to see your regular doctor or do not want to take the time to go to an urgent care facility or emergency room.

Need mental health support? Doctor On Demand can also treat a wide range of behavioral health conditions with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists.

Who is eligible?

Team members and dependents enrolled in Grainger medical coverage in the continental U.S. and Alaska. Doctor On Demand is not available with other non-continental U.S. coverage.

Your costs

Silver and Gold medical plan participants: After your medical plan deductible is met, you will pay $10 per virtual visit. Before the deductible is met, your cost is as follows:

  • Urgent care visit: $49
  • Behavioral therapy short visit: $79
  • Behavioral therapy long visit: $129
  • Psychiatry short visit: $99
  • Psychiatry long visit: $229

Platinum Plan participants: You will pay $10 per virtual visit.
