Who is eligible?
All regular full-time and part-time team members,* retirees, family members (including spouse/domestic partner and dependent children) and others living in your household
What is it?
A time-saving benefit that offers you a personalized consultation and referrals in these areas:
- Convenience Services: Advisors are available 24/7 to take on your project. Just call
1-800-851-9054 and explain the service you’re looking for. They’ll do extensive research and be back in touch with reliable referrals, including detailed information about your options, the services offered, costs, professional credentials and contact information.
- Financial counseling: 60 minutes per year (through the EAP)
- Legal consultation: 30 minutes per year with an attorney or mediator (through the EAP)
- Referrals, resources and support for parenting, education from kindergarten through adult, elder care, chronic health conditions and more
Referrals are free, but you may have to pay for any service that you choose to use (other than financial and legal consultation covered through the EAP).
